A beautifully curated experience featuring daily beach walks, Zumba, aqua aerobics, mobility and strength sessions, nourishing meals, inspiring workshops, and moments of rest and connection. I’ll be part of the facilitation team, offering yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling and mindful art sessions throughout the retreat. Designed so you can do as much or as little as you like, this retreat is a chance to recharge, explore, and enjoy Vietnam in a relaxed, uplifting atmosphere.
